Fin & Crab is owned and operated by James and Cindy Capps, whose passion for fresh seafood and 

waterfront dining has shaped their success along the Carolina coast. Before bringing their vision to Charleston,

they revitalized well-known destinations in Southport, North Carolina, including Rusty Hooks Dockside Grill & Clem's Seafood Market 

both recognized for their quality, atmosphere, and strong local following.
